DSLR Cameras - All of them

This is not going to be a review of anything in particular, more of an overview.

Expensive high end cameras do not take better pictures than cheaper ones. They do make the difficult to achieve shots, such as fast moving subjects, much easier to get particularly at low light levels.

Sensor resolution is irrelevent unless you intend to make big prints. Most people only view their pictures on their computer on a relatively low resolution monitor so virtually all cameras produce bigger files than you need.

Higher resolution does allow does allow tighter cropping but getting closer to your subject is a better option if you can.

All the cameras available today produce great results but if you are considering buying your first dslr I recommend looking at either Nikon or Canon as these are the top sellers therefore more used kit is available.
